🎯 What You'll Be Doing
- Build and execute a strategic territory plan designed to hit and exceed targets
- Own the full sales cycle: cold outreach, discovery, follow-up, objection handling, and close
- Build genuine relationships with providers, practice managers, and clinic administrators
- Communicate value clearly and consultatively — you're a partner, not a pitch machine
- Hand off cleanly to implementation teams and ensure clients are set up for success
✅ Who You Are
- 1–10 years of experience in a high-performance environment — sales, athletics, entrepreneurship, consulting, or anything competitive
- Proven track record of delivering results and taking ownership without being chased
- Strong communicator who earns trust fast and can simplify complex ideas
- Low ego, high execution — you do what it takes and hold yourself accountable
- Highly organised with a clean, active pipeline you manage yourself
- Comfortable with up to 80% travel — this is a hard requirement, not a preference
💡 Bonus Points
- Full-cycle B2B or healthcare sales experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM tools
- Any exposure to healthtech, SaaS, or clinic environments
💰 Compensation & Details
- Base: $100,000
- OTE: ~$250,000 (uncapped)
- Equity package included
- Territory-based | US nationwide
- Must hold a valid US driver's licence
